Mr. Jackson started CRIMINALSCREENING.COM in 1998. At that time Mr. Jackson had over 10 years professional experience in the Corrections and Law Enforcement fields of which 99% of Mr. Jackson’s duties were involved in “After the fact” incidents. After someone was raped, murdered, robbed, battered, etc… the majority of these crime were committed by someone the victim knew, such as a family member, friend, roommate, neighbor, or co-worker. In most cases, the person committing the crime had past criminal record(s) that the victim knew nothing about.

After witnessing this time and time again, Mr. Jackson wanted to be able to do more. He wanted the reality of “After the fact” to become “Before the fact”. Hence, the idea of providing criminal background checks for both businesses and individuals in the community was born.

Since then, his company has expanded, adding more services such as neighborhood sexual offender/predator listings, driving records, credit screenings and much more.
